The award concerns merchants/businesses that chose to:

– Ενδιαφερθούν να επιλύσουν τα παράπονά τους
– Επιλύσουν τη διαφορά με γνώμονα τη διατήρηση του πελάτη αλλά και τη διατήρηση της καλής φήμης της επιχείρησης
The reward is given by:
– Συγκέντρωση υψηλής βαθμολογίας στον κατάλογο των επιχειρήσεων για τις οποίες έχει υποβληθεί καταγγελία από καταναλωτή/πελάτη τους.

Why είναι ο καλύτερος να τρόπος να επιβραβευτούν οι έμποροι/επιχειρήσεις που εφαρμόζουν καλές πρακτικές σε ό,τι αφορά την επίλυση παραπόνων με τους πελάτες τους.
