Ultimate goal

  • The promotion and practical implementation of electronic resolution of consumer disputes in Greece and Europe. This will also be helped by strengthening consumer confidence in e-commerce, as well as ensuring a level playing field for traders and businesses.
  • The voluntary commitment of traders - businesses to participate in the process of electronic dispute resolution and their voluntary commitment to satisfy consumer complaints.

Ultimate goal

  • With informative and educational seminars that will be specifically aimed at consumers and traders - businesses respectively.
  • By creating a standard, web-based electronic consumer dispute resolution platform, which has its own merchant-business evaluation system. For the first time, electronic resolution becomes a practical tool for resolving consumer and merchant-business disputes.
  • By designing and implementing in practice an original evaluation system for merchants - businesses, which specifically concerns their voluntary response to the process of electronic resolution of complaints submitted by consumers to their businesses. The aim is to increase the percentage of merchants - businesses that comply directly and voluntarily with the startADR proposal, which proposal comes to definitively resolve the dispute between the business and the consumer.
